Job Title: Corporate Accountant
Reports To: VP of Finance
FLSA Status: Exempt
Classification: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Corporate Accountant will be responsible for providing support and services to management including general ledger account reconciliation, preparing top level financial reports, analyzing actual expenses vs. budgets, and ensuring compliance with SCP policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ability to review and process end-of-day import files to the general ledger.
- Responsible for daily, monthly, quarterly and annual accounting processes in a multi-entity environment.
- Ability to prepare journal entries and detailed monthly account reconciliations along with providing account analysis.
- Support and analysis of costs, internal reporting, etc.
- Guide and assist members of the finance team as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Effective in prioritizing and executing tasks.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies.
- Proficient in Office365.

Education/Experience:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent business experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Administrative 90%
- Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting 10%
