Job Title: Key Accounts Manager
Reports To: Key Accounts Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Classification: Full-Time
Job Summary: The Key Accounts Manager will require an individual to lead and direct business and strategy advice to management, chain leadership, along with our chain customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Set Coordinator
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales opportunities and grow market share within assigned chain accounts.
- Develop and implement profitable long-term account plans within company and department standards.
- Develop an understanding of clients' business issues and how to apply our products and services to achieve Southern Crown Partners and the client’s business objectives.
- Prepares fact based detailed and professional sales presentations for sales calls, meetings, and business reviews.
- Includes reviewing and analyzing sales numbers in evaluating performance and detailed action plans or recommendations for Off Premise C-Store/Small Format channel and/or specific chain.
- Pro-actively seeks new and innovative strategies to move the company to 'best in class'.
- Have a working knowledge of Space Planning and ability to sell in set, resets, and new distribution.
- Assist set team with resets as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proven selling ability while accomplishing company goals and objectives.
- Provide the team with feedback regarding areas of opportunity and achievement.
- Effectively interact and communicate with all departments to achieve goals.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for all company related information
- Represents SCP’s commitment to excellence through PARTNERS values.
- Maintain a driving record during employment in accordance with Southern Crown’s Driving Policy.
Education/Experience:
- High school Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience in Key Accounts.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
Physical Requirements:
- Administrative 60%
- Walking, Bending, Lifting, and Twisting 40%
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
