Responsibilities – BDC Sales, Admin:
- Answer incoming calls and online inquiries from potential customers seeking product information, price, availability to purchase, etc., schedule appointments to meet with our dealership's sales team, and follow up with 'no shows'.
- Log customer details in our CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products.
- Participate in sales training and coaching
- Meet or exceed realistic and achievable sales goals
- Maintain an enthusiastic and pleasant attitude
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Perform other tasks as requested
Qualifications – BDC Sales, Admin:
Required: Sales and administrative experience, prefer dealership experience- An outgoing and energetic 'people person' that's self-motivated to succeed
- Positive, driven, and helpful
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
- A love for motorcycles
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
