Job Summary
">">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our summer camp program operation. As the Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing overall leadership and management across the entire camp operation, including scheduling counselors and activities, program design, curriculum development, special events planning, and program evaluation.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of leadership and childcare experience, with a passion for program development and coaching. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities to others and support them in their endeavors as necessary.
This is a seasonal role from June - August, supporting the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
