Your new role:

As a Residential Project Manager, you're the go-to person making sure every residential job runs like a well-oiled machine. You'll be the linchpin between field operations and corporate, ensuring projects meet profitability goals while keeping costs in check. You’ll drive operational excellence and keep us on track with clear, actionable reports and insights.

Here’s what you’ll own:

• Oversee the progress of multiple residential jobs from start to finish.
• Scrutinize and manage job costs post-completion—no dime unaccounted for.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure cost efficiencies across the board.
• Present monthly metrics to the operations team—data-driven decisions are your jam.
• Prepare and deliver monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports like a pro.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Keep a close eye on subcontractor labor and material costs, and discover innovative ways to reduce overhead and direct expenses.

• Proven experience as a Residential Project Manager, preferably in a multi-site, regional, or national role.
• Strong understanding of job cost tracking, subcontractor labor management, and material cost control.
• Experience in preparing and presenting detailed operational reports (WIP reports, monthly metrics).
• Ability to develop and implement policies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
