- Prepare and deliver monthly Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports like a pro.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
- Keep a close eye on subcontractor labor and material costs, and discover innovative ways to reduce overhead and direct expenses.

- Proven experience as a Residential Project Manager, preferably in a multi-site, regional, or national role.
- Strong understanding of job cost tracking, subcontractor labor management, and material cost control.
- Experience in preparing and presenting detailed operational reports (WIP reports, monthly metrics).
- Ability to develop and implement policies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
