Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing creative design solutions and producing detailed architectural drawings that meet client specifications and project requirements. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to bring projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of architectural principles and be proficient in various design software.
Duties
- Create detailed architectural designs and schematics using software such as Revit.
- Draft plans and elevations for residential and commercial projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop mechanical designs and interior layouts.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility.
- Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback into final designs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.
Experience
- Proficiency in architectural design software including Revit and AutoCad is essential.
- Experience in drafting, schematics, mechanical design, and interior design is highly desirable.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in 2D animation or architectural projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A degree in Architecture or related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience.
