Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the onboarding experience, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. This position requires strong communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a solid understanding of 1099 subcontractor processes. The Onboarding Manager will collaborate with various departments to streamline onboarding procedures and foster a welcoming environment for new representatives.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective onboarding programs that align with company culture and values.
- Conduct training for new representatives, providing them with essential information about company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to tailor onboarding experiences for leadership positions.
- Foster strong relationships with new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during their onboarding journey.
- Continuously assess and improve the onboarding process based on feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting and hiring
- Familiarity with 1099 Subcontractor requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with new representatives
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
