Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of the Press Brake Operator include but are not limited to:
Essential Duties/Description of Job:
- Read prints and travelers
- Program or setup brake using the shop print for each job
- Select dies from Die Chart Sheet
- Bend or form parts according to specifications
- Use proper inspection equipment for inspection of work
- Understanding orientation of part being formed or bent
Other Functions: Other duties assigned by Foreman.
