Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager, Controller, and other departments as needed.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update management systems and company databases.
- Assist with office organization, record-keeping, and document management.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and communications.
- Support payroll, accounting, and other teams with reports, scheduling, and general office duties.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as the company grows and evolves.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
