About the Role
As a Tech Product Manager - AI at MySGS & Co., you will spearhead the development and implementation of AI and automation-driven solutions to optimize enterprise workflows, with a focus on label and artwork management software. You will be the bridge between technology and business, ensuring that our AI products not only leverage cutting-edge technology but also directly address customer needs and enhance our value proposition.
Your role involves:
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for AI applications in enterprise workflow optimization
- Help define the product vision and strategy for AI-driven initiatives
- Managing the entire product lifecycle, from problem discovery, solution discovery, and solution execution working closely with data science and engineering
- Bringing together cross-functional teams to ensure product success

Roles and Responsibilities
- Define and execute AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, alignment with business needs and drive revenue generation
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop AI-powered automation that integrates headlessly into enterprise systems
- Implement a test-and-learn approach, iterating on AI solutions based on data and feedback
- Assess the business value, feasibility, and risks of AI-powered automation, particularly in artwork management software
- Identify and mitigate AI challenges related to bias, explainability, security, and compliance
- Optimize AI infrastructure and automation strategies for cost-effectiveness and maintainability
- Work with sales and business teams to effectively position AI solutions and align with market needs
- Apply build-measure-learn cycles to refine AI-driven offerings and enhance their impact over time
- Configure and customize AI products to meet specific client requirements and ensure seamless integration with their existing systems
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in AI and automation-driven enterprise solutions
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, automation frameworks, and enterprise integrations
- Experience in developing solutions that integrate seamlessly into client ecosystems
- Familiarity with artwork management software and its automation opportunities
- Familiarity and understanding of Machine Learning Operations, which encompasses the practices and tools for streamlining the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models
- Ability to think strategically while executing iteratively, refining solutions based on market feedback
- Experience in evaluating AI risks, cost structures, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of cloud-based AI services (AWS, Azure) and automation platforms
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Technology Management, or related fields is a plus

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This is a remote position in the US. We are open to candidates in various states, with the exception of those residing in the following: AK, DC, DE, ME, NH, NM, OK, HI, MS, MT, NV, NE, ND, SD, VT, WY, WV
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
