Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving complaints.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback on their experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications related to customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.03 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
