Service Staff - New Restaurant at our Historic Organization
The highly anticipated opening of our newly and beautifully constructed, year-round quick-service restaurant, Snug Harbor, and Starbucks-branded café is coming soon. Be a part of the excitement by joining the Snug Harbor front of house food and beverage team, who will deliver Southern Hills' unique standard of exceptional service and warm hospitality to our members and their guests.
We are hiring and training Service Staff for all roles ranging from Servers (must be 18 or older) and Bartenders (must be 21 or older) to Food Runners and Baristas.
HOURS: We are interested in candidates who are seeking part-time employment (estimated 24 hours per week), who have relatively open availability to work three days minimum per week. Evenings and weekends will be required of all staff.
PAY: Servers and Bartenders will be paid a base hourly rate of $10 plus gratuities. Food Runners and Baristas (not eligible for gratuity) will be paid $18 per hour.
The physical demands of the job are constant standing or walking, frequent crouching, reaching, grasping objects and/or lifting/carrying 35 - 50 pounds.
Previous food and beverage hospitality service experience is helpful but not required.
