Duties
- Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their stay.
- Manage phone systems to assist with reservations, inquiries, and customer service calls.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly processed.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Skills
- Strong background in front desk operations within the hotel industry.
- Proficient in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Experience in hospitality management is preferred but not required.
