Position Description
As the facility Human Resources Coordinator you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and administration of the Human Resource function for our skilled nursing center; including, but not limited to, Human Resource policies, programs and practices.
The Human Resources Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the following functional areas : recruitment, employee relations, regulatory, payroll, training, employment, and employee welfare programs.
