We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in conjunction with all branch departments answering and dispatching calls as well as other administrative duties including processing payments, filing damage claims, converting inventory to the sales system. This position requires the Admin Assistant to utilize professionalism in all interactions with customers, vendors, and other parties on the phone and in person. The tasks of the Admin Assistant will include Microsoft Office tasks and general office duties. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to senior executives and managers.
- Provides telephone coverage.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports, and other correspondence
- Coordinate logistics activities between Sales, Production, and transportation operations.
- Prepares correspondence, spreadsheets, documents, and reports in a variety of programs including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Assists with accounts receivable-payment application, ACH submissions, and other requests.
- Assists with account payable - audit purchase orders/invoices. Submits vendor claims to corporate accounting
- Communicates employee new hire program per Corporative directives
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High School Diploma High School Diploma Required
- 1-3 years experience in a clerical role. Required
- 1-3 years Administrative experience Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (High proficiency)
- Attention to detail (High proficiency)
- Good keyboard skills (Medium proficiency)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (High Proficiency)
