Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling, is looking for a dynamic- Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
- Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management
- Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments
- Maintain & update customer records based on interactions
- Process invoice payments
- Provide information about products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
- Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
- Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position
- Additional duties as assigned.
