About this role :
We are looking for a Plumbing Field Supervisor to oversee plumbing projects, manage teams, and ensure high standards of workmanship. You will coordinate the work of plumbers and apprentices, enforce safety and code compliance, handle project timelines, resolve on-site issues, and communicate with clients. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and plumbing expertise are essential for successful project management and team direction.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbers and apprentices on job sites
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local plumbing codes
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Manage project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise
- Communicate with clients to address their needs, concerns, and provide updates
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets all specifications and standards
- Coordinate with other trades and contractors on site
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering professional development
- Additional duties as assigned.
