Essential Functions
- Enter job layouts, contracts, and inspection information
- Correspond with builders for PO’s and miscellaneous items
- Check and process daily billing, submit invoices
- Prepare and provide daily reports and other duties as assigned
- Assist other RNC admins, Supervisors, and Management as needed
- Answer incoming phone calls, filing, emailing, general office duties
- Handles multiple projects
- Works under immediate supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within field
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required
- Communicate information between field crews, supervisors, and management
- 2 - 3 years of administrative experience
- High level of multi-tasking
- Dependable and punctual
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reliable, Year-Round Work
