Southern Home Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for two of our four regions. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Center General Managers (GMs) and Regional leadership to develop and execute localized marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with effective communication skills, a keen understanding of regional market dynamics, and the ability to manage multiple projects across various service areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Regional Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the unique needs of the assigned regions, aligning with corporate objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaboration with General Managers : Partner with GMs and Regional leadership to understand business goals, identify opportunities, and implement targeted campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Campaign Development and Execution : Plan, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, including email marketing, direct mail, social advertising, SEO and website management, local events, and sponsorships, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Performance Analytics : Analyze and report on the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts, leveraging data to refine strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Local Sponsorships and Community Engagement : Identify and manage local sponsorships, events, and community partnerships to build brand presence and foster customer loyalty.
- Support Center-Level Needs : Act as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned Centers, providing guidance, tools, and resources to enhance local marketing efforts. Liaise with internal subject matter experts to provide full-scope marketing recommendations.
- Vendor Coordination : Work with external vendors and partners to ensure high-quality production and execution of marketing materials and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the central marketing team on company-wide campaigns, sharing regional insights to drive broader success.
- Travel : Travel to Centers within the assigned regions as needed to meet with GMs and support local marketing efforts (approximately 10 % travel).
