Position Overview: As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring repair services. Your role will include processing service requests, providing administrative support to the Service Department, and keeping customers informed about the progress of their repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and services.
- Suggest add-on sales to enhance the customer's experience and increase transaction value.
- Provide accurate price estimates for designated installations and repairs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers regarding work progress and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies to guarantee quality service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 3 year of service experience (RV or marine industry experience preferred).
- Knowledge of RV products or a passion for the camping lifestyle is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to perform internet searches and use service software.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
