Overview
Are you interested in playing a vital role in ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service within the university food service environment at SIUE?
Dining Services in Morris University Center at SIUE is seeking applicants for Snack Bar Attendants. This position involves preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with supervision of support personnel.

What You Will Do
Food Preparation and Service...
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including light lunches, soft drinks, ice cream dishes, hamburgers, pizza, sandwiches, and chicken, following established recipes and procedures
- Take customer orders, process payments using Point of Sale (POS) equipment, and handle cash transactions
- Assist in the supervision of food preparation, portioning, and distribution, ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
