Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator has a critical role in our Greenwood location. The role is primarily responsible for serving and supporting our customers through the effective use of superior customer service that meets each customer's unique set of delivery and product requirements. This support can be face to face when a customer comes into our store to place an order, over the phone, or via email.
Schedule: 40hours Monday thru Friday

Job Duties
- Delivering Customer Service by responding to customer needs thoroughly in a timely manner with accuracy and detail
- Accurate order entry
- Order inventory for replenishment
- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Field and resolve customer issues and questions
- Perform Warehouse Coordinator duties as needed
- Establish, develop, and service new customer accounts
- Provide quotes to customers and process customer orders
- Schedule product deliveries, and communicate deliveries to the customer
- Support Our Team in attaining the overall goals and objectives of the business unit
- Operate in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment
- Follow and execute any additional direction given that will assist in obtaining the overall goals and objectives of the organization
- Other duties as necessary
- Well versed in online ordering and excellent computer skills, with the ability to learn and embrace new technology
- Ability to navigate a fast paced continually changing environment, multi-task and make business decisions

- Lifting requirements of up to 100 pounds
- Warehouse environment and office space
- This position will primarily work in a facility where forklifts are present
- Frequent use of company communication devices is required such as a computer, cell phone, and printer
- Preferably 2 years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with demonstrated success working with customers
- Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook experience
- General knowledge of the building industry
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
