MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
Education :
High School or GED with some college or any combination of formal training or experience in human resources equivalent to at least two years.
Experience :
Healthcare office setting preferred, but not required.
License or Certification :
ADP Certification and / or SHRM (Society or Human Resources Management) Certification by an accredited source preferred, but not required
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
- Attention to Detail : Monitor work operations to ensure compliance with federal and local labor laws
- Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work with all levels of employees to meet the human resources needs of the organization.
- Communication Skills : Proficient in interacting with all levels of employees, patients and vendors to relay necessary information.
Specialized Skills :
