Key Responsibilities:
- Implement landscaping construction plans and designs
- Operate a variety of equipment, including back hoes, track loaders, and excavators
- Provide skilled expertise on basic landscape functions, such as planting, mulching, and seeding
- Assist Team Leader with production planning and resource management
- Interact with clients, answer questions, and respond to requests
Requirements:
- High school degree or GED required
- One-year experience in a similar field preferred
- Virginia Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of horticultural practices
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
