Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator

Join our team as a Warehouse Associate and contribute to our success by ensuring the efficient handling and storage of hot tubs and other inventory. As a forklift operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of operations within our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move, load, and unload hot tubs and other inventory within the warehouse.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage to ensure easy access and efficient retrieval of products.
• Inspect and report any damages or quality issues with incoming and outgoing products.
• Break down and dispose of trash and large debris into dumpster.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to fulfill orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in inventory counts and perform periodic stock checks to maintain accurate records.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to adhere to strict safety guidelines.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, including hot tubs (up to 100 pounds) with the assistance of equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
