Who We Are: A successful multi-state electrical contractor in business for 30 years, with a focus on lighting and signage and small to medium size electrical construction projects. We also sell wholesale lighting products.
In this position you will be assigned a regional area to conduct inside and outside sales, meeting and regularly contacting existing customers providing personalized customer service, always looking for ways to optimize current customer relations and growth. You will also spend time making cold calls, or calling on provided sales leads, with a highly experienced inside management team that will provide you with assistance and provide you with the training and materials that will help you be proficient with selling in our industry.

Join our team as an Inside/Outside Sales Representative and play a key role in driving our sales efforts. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about sales, customer service, and business development to expand our market reach.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inside and outside sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue growth
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular customer contact
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Attend regional trade show events and other various organizational events
- Assemble and provide weekly action reports
- Utilize Quickbooks and other customer management tools
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in analyzing market data and trends to drive sales strategies
- Knowledge of technical sales and ability to communicate effectively about our products and services
-Clean Driving Record and Ability to Pass Drug Screening and Background Check Required
-Basic knowledge of Quickbooks and Microsoft Office are essential
-Background involving building trade professions also helpful but not necessary
-Ability to handle rejection in a professional manner
