The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs are looking to fill the position of Visiting Clubhouse Manager for the 2025 season. The position begins in April until late September.
The Southern Maryland Blue Crabs are looking to fill the position of Visiting Clubhouse Manager for the 2025 season. The position begins in April until late September.
Responsibilities
- Operate the day to day operations of the Visiting Clubhouse
- Cleanliness of the locker rooms-bathrooms, shower rooms
- Organize and maintain the uniforms, equipment, dugout
- Player meals-pre and post game meals, snacks, and beverage service
- Maintain the shower facilities with personal hygiene supplies
Qualifications
- Prior clubhouse or locker room experience
- Interpersonal skills and problem solving preferred
- Self motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to budget
Compensation:
- The hired candidate will receive a monthly stipend plus clubhouse dues and tips for service.
