We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our dealership team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Upsell and cross-sell vehicles, accessories, and financing options to customers
- Manage the sales process from start to finish, including test drives, negotiations, and closing deals
- Utilize sales management techniques to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Conduct outbound sales activities such as cold calling and prospecting to generate leads
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate vehicle recommendations
- Utilize dealership software systems to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and complete sales paperwork
- Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels and coordinating vehicle deliveries
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in car sales or a related field
- Strong mathematical skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficiency in dealership software systems is preferred
