What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Care Manager/Triage position at Southern Missouri Community Health?
Responsible for interaction with patients and family members. Provides support and assistance to nursing staff and providers.
- Possesses a current license to practice as a registered nurse.
- Thorough knowledge of practical nursing theory
- BLS certified.
- Knowledge of standard practices, rules and regulations related to registered nursing.
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology, aseptic technique
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Ability to keep accurate records.
- Ability to deal with a variety of patients, staff, health care providers, and community representatives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two years’ experience as a registered nurse
