The Opportunity You will use their expertise to build operation-based projects of moderate complexity within a department or across multiple departments. You will use their own discretion to oversee the full project lifecycle of initiation, planning, and closure to assure assignments are completed within the established timeline and budget. Primary Responsibilities: Work on moderate complexity projects involving the implementation of operation-based projects within a department or amongst multiple departments. Responsibilities may include working on multiple small/medium size assignments simultaneously or one large project. Projects are typically focused on operations work as compared to technical systems implementation. Provide leadership to project team, coordinate and assign responsibilities throughout all phases of the assignment. Work with partners to define project scope, strategy, budget, timeline, resources and outcomes; identify important resource expertise and targets appropriate internal and external sources to ensure outcome(s). Collaborate with project sponsors, project teams, and functional leaders to ensure all goals are met. Develop project plans to track progress, including project schedules, communication plans, risk assessment and management, resource schedules, deliverables. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including leading multiple project teams. Manage communication with project partners. Ensure all individuals have information and resources needed to complete project. Facilitate project team meetings, preparing status reports and documents throughout the assignment. Keep leadership informed of main issues that may affect project completion, budget, or other results. Potentially provide mentoring to less experienced staff. Other responsibilities as assigned. Job responsibilities can change at any time, with or without notice. Minimum Qualifications: HSD/GED plus Five years of specific project management experience in IT or business. Professional Certification(s): PMP Expert in project management methodologies, and knowledge in multiple tools or programs for assigned projects: Project management tools: Smartsheet, ConceptDraw, MS Project, JIRA, Workfront, Azure DevOps. Microsoft tools: Teams, SharePoint, Office, Excel (can perform complex functions) , Visio, Power BI. Experience with how current and latest technologies are being employed to grow business.
