The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire is seeking a student employee to fill the role of GEM Operations Assistant. This position will support the GEM team with administrative tasks and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing of student requests for documents, such as student ids, ordering of student transcripts and diplomas, etc.
- on a weekly basis, will log in all student items received via mail into tracking worksheet and sort each document by partner into sorting bins in storage area at the Chandler Center.
- Will help coordinate monthly graduation mailings to all GEM site locations
- Participate in administrative assignments and/or special projects from GEM and/or online events including new student orientations, etc.
- Other duties as required for student and program support
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in classes as part of a SNHU degree program
- Competency using a variety of computer software, including the Microsoft Suite and Google (Drive and Forms)
- Experience working with data, creating reports from Excel
- Analytical Skills: Require the analytical skills to be able to solve problems that may come up during each phase of the project
- Ability to complete work with minimum follow up and help problem solve for issues that arise with monthly mailings.
Work Hours:
5 -8 hours per week
Will work with student to set up a work schedule each term

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00.
