Residential Program Manager

As a Residential Program Manager, you will lead teams in supporting adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to live the life they choose.
We are hiring a Department Manager for our residential program, starting at $24.00/hr (DOE)

You will make a difference every day in the lives of adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities as you:
- Manage and oversee the residential department staff
- Ensure that adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities receive the services that are consistent with their individual health and personal needs
- Oversee accurate documentation and help develop Individual Support Plans (ISP)
- Coordinate with other service providers, families, and other support systems to ensure participant’s success

Requirements
- Have HS Diploma or equivalent and a current Driver’s License. Higher education degree preferred in the social sciences, psychology or related field. Experience may be substituted for degrees
- Have two or more years experience in the supervision of paid staff, ideally in caregiving/supporting adults with disabilities
- Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs and a criminal history background check.
- Be able to lift 65 pounds
- Navigate in and around computers and tablets
