GoodWorks Job Coach
Southern Oregon Goodwill's GoodWorks Job Coach (Coach) is an integral member of the Workforce Development team. This poised, professional individual delivers services directly tied to Southern Oregon Goodwills mission to enable employment by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth. The Coach is responsible for the training, evaluation, one-on-on coaching, and general support for the individuals participating in the GoodWorks Internship program, and for staff in the GoodWorks Advancement Program. The Coach is responsible for continuous evaluation and feedback of the GoodWorks program as well as supporting and reporting on assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the program.
The Coach must be comfortable working with diverse populations, including those individuals facing challenging life circumstances and barriers to employment.
As the Job Coach this person will serve as a liaison between persons served and Southern Oregon Goodwills retail, operations, and administration teams.
