Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Nashville, TN- 80/20 Hybrid (weekly)

Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the executive team, including the CEO, CFO, COO, and CPO. You will manage daily administrative duties, assist with travel arrangements, organize meetings, and ensure smooth office operations. Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a collaborative approach, are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Coordinate travel and meeting logistics.
- Organize and schedule team meetings.
- Manage office operations, including inventory and event planning.
- Act as a liaison between executives, board members, and staff.
- Plan and execute in-state and out-of-state networking events.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage various stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and think creatively.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of executive assisting experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare.
- Experience in start-up environment
