- Manage eProcurement platform (Dentira) and lead vendor training sessions
- Oversee equipment and facility repair requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Analyze spend trends and provide insights to improve procurement efficiency
- Maintain relationships with vendors and strategic accounts
- Assist in onboarding new practices to enterprise agreements
- Handle RFQ/RFP management and contribute to vendor negotiations
- Collaborate closely with Practice Managers for procurement needs
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills to track costs and trends
- Experience with eProcurement platforms and GL software packages
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with little supervision
- Exposure to GPOs and vendor account management
- 3 years of purchasing experience
- SaaS tool experience
- CPIM or CSCP Certification
