Full Job Description:
Southern Poolscapes is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist (QAS) to join our team in the Panama City area. This position plays a critical role in ensuring communication, coordination, and quality control throughout each custom pool project. No prior construction experience is required — we provide all necessary training.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during the construction process
- Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards
- Lay out pool footprints on site with clients
- Use provided checklist to guide subcontractors and monitor progress
- Document site visits and maintain clear communication with the internal team
- Projects typically last 60 days, with some larger jobs extending up to 9 months
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and proactive
- Willingness to learn — no construction experience necessary
- Based in or willing to commute to Panama City, FL
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
