Call Center Representative

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Make outbound calls to confirm customer information and schedule appointments.

• Contact incoming leads from the canvassing team and ad campaigns to confirm and book appointments promptly.

• Utilize a scripted process to maintain consistency and build trust with customers. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead progress in our CRM system.

• Work closely with a team of motivated professionals to meet and exceed monthly goals.
