About the Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head Men's and Women's Track/Field Coach to lead our men's and women's track/field programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in collegiate coaching and a deep understanding of the NJCAA rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coaching and Recruiting: Develop and implement coaching plans to enhance team performance, recruit and manage a team of part-time assistant coaches
- Program Administration: Manage program logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and facility management
- Academic Support: Monitor academic progress of student-athletes and ensure their eligibility to compete
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
- Knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations
- Valid driver's license
