Overview
The Head Men's and Women's Track/Field Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching, recruiting, and administering the men's and women's track/field programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in coaching and a deep understanding of NJCAA rules and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Fundraising and securing resources to support the program
- Maintaining academic progress of student-athlete team members
- Ensuring adherence to and compliance with NJCAA rules and regulations, as well as College policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and two years of coaching experience at the collegiate or higher level
- Knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations
- Valid driver's license
Working Conditions
May require overnight stays while traveling with the team.
