The Director of Men's and Women's Track/Field is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the track and field programs at Southern Pro Staffing. This includes coaching, recruiting, and administering both men's and women's teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for fundraising efforts, monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes, and ensuring adherence to NJCAA rules and regulations as well as applicable college policies.
The Director will supervise a part-time assistant coach and work closely with other staff members to promote the success of the track and field programs. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
