Southern Pro Staffing seeks an experienced and accomplished coach to lead its men's and women's track and field programs. As the Director of Men's and Women's Track/Field, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies for achieving program success, while promoting a culture of excellence and sportsmanship within the team. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of the track and field programs, including coaching, recruiting, and administration. You will also be responsible for supervising a part-time assistant coach and working closely with other staff members to ensure the success of the programs. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of coaching experience at the collegiate or higher level. Knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations is also essential. In addition, a valid driver's license is required for this position.
