The Head Men’s and Women’s Track/Field Coach is responsible for all aspects of coaching and administering the men's and women's track/field programs. Responsible for monitoring academic progress of student-athlete team members, and ensuring adherence to and compliance with the rules and regulations of the NJCAA (governing body of certified two-year collegiate athletic teams) and applicable College policies and procedures. Supervises part-time assistant coach.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of coaching experience at the collegiate or higher level and knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations.
SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Must be able to attend all games and travel with the team as required. May require overnight stays. Valid driver's license required.
