Salary: $15.00-$18.00/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sand Blaster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces by cleaning, smoothing, and removing contaminants using sandblasting techniques. If you're a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety, we’d love to have you on board.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean and prepare surfaces (metal, concrete, etc.).
• Ensure safe handling of equipment, materials, and chemicals.
• Inspect work surfaces to determine necessary treatment.
• Maintain and clean sandblasting tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in all projects.
• Follow instructions and work closely with supervisors to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Willing to help the team set up stations when waiting for new tasks.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sandblasting or a similar industrial trade is preferred.
• Knowledge of sandblasting techniques and safety procedures.
• Ability to operate sandblasting machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and long hours in an industrial setting.
