What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traffic Control Area Manager position at Southern Protection Agency?
Southern Protection Agency is hiring for an area manager for our Virginia area.
The Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the field operational performance within the area. Responsibility includes monitoring, managing, and improving the performance of staff as well as maintaining client relations. Hiring and monitoring the training of new personnel as well as equipment inventory will also be part of the primary duty. The Manager will be overseeing the day-to-day security duties for a logistics security site. Then will also serve as the field supervisor for our public utility traffic control division.
Other normal day-to-day duties:
- Responsible for field operations in assigned areas.
- Site accountability and safety inspections.
- Communicate potential business opportunities to the Business Development team
- Incident reporting and investigations
- annual reviews
- Instruct on company procedure and policy
- staff meetings
- Review daily field documentation.
- Ensure disciplinary and corrective actions are carried out in a timely manner.
- Ensure subordinate personnel comply with all policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws
- Schedules
*Company vehicle will be provided.*
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
