Southern Regional AHEC is recruiting for a Director of Workforce Development/Talent Pipeline. Responsible for regionally assessing, planning, designing, implementing, and delivering strategic talent pipeline solutions for various healthcare system employers. Manage the coordination of special AHEC projects to increase the retention and recruitment of health professionals and educational outreach programs throughout the region. These projects reflect responsiveness to evolving changes in the healthcare workforce.
Master’s degree in an interdisciplinary health-science-related area, adult education, health/business administration, or equivalent degree preferred. Three to five years of progressive experience in problem-solving, project management, human resources, talent management, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and education leadership. A bachelor’s degree in a health science-related or administration field adult education, health/business administration, or equivalent degree, is required. Five years of progressive experience in human resources, talent management, workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and education leadership.
