Field Service Coordinator

Position Overview: The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the deployment and productivity of field service personnel who repair and maintain rotating equipment. This role involves coordinating with clients, scheduling service tasks, and ensuring that field operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Coordinator reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Coordination:
• Schedule and dispatch field service technician to client locations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their service needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Monitor and track the progress of field operations and keep all stakeholders updated.
• Operational Oversight:
• Ensure field personnel have the necessary tools, equipment, and resources to complete their tasks.
• Manage logistics, such as transportation and on-site coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of all service activities and transactions.
• Maintain all customer platforms for field personnel. (ISNETWORLD, AVETTA, 3rd coast, etc)
• Customer Support:
• Provide technical support for installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment in the field.
• Communicate with customers, end users, and other field service personnel

to address and resolve issues.

• Generate all predictive maintenance reports and provide to customer support the field service team, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage the inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure field service technicians have the necessary tools for their jobs.
• Track and expedite parts and purchase item deliveries.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all field service operations.
• Attend onsite customer safety meetings
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
