Southern Exteriors is a leading new home and remodeling company specializing in turnkey exterior services. From siding installation, custom millworks, to residential roofing, we successfully manage thousands of projects throughout the Southeast each year.
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented office associate. This position is responsible for ensuring invoices received from our vendors align with our current contractual pricing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Ensure that customer Purchase Orders reflect current pricing.
- Search Streamline software to compare bill to P.O.
- Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors including requesting a revised P.O. from the customer as needed.
- Build import file in Excel for vendor invoices.
- Communicate and coordinate with other internal team members as needed.
- Research, troubleshoot and remedy issues or errors as needed.
- Respond to inquiries via email and phone.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of two (2) years' office experience working in a detail-oriented position, construction background helpful.
- Strong computer skills including excel and google sheets required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Strong customer service & excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Experience working as a team member toward shared goals.
- Experience working in Streamline and QuickBooks systems strongly preferred.
- Work Ethic & Dependability, a positive attitude and attention to detail are necessary for success.
