Southern Team Automall in Roanoke, Virginia, is seeking motivated, energetic individuals that are able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately.
This full-time position is for a Receptionist in our Collision Center. Candidates must have above-average customer service skills and be comfortable working with several computer programs. Hourly rate based on experience. Dealership experience helpful.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer Collision Center phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the estimators or other appropriate personnel
- Work cooperatively with the Collision Center team
- Processes cash and credit card transactions for customers in the Collision Center
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming appointments and follow-up with customers regarding the progress of their vehicles
- Assists with clerical duties as requested.
