Position Overview: As a Service Manager, you will play a
pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the efficiency of our service
department. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, maximizing
revenue opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of service advisors, technicians
to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive service revenue growth,
including upselling opportunities and effective pricing strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as service sales,
customer satisfaction scores, and productivity levels, to identify areas for
improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments, such
as sales and finance, to optimize overall dealership performance.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, policies, and procedures
related to service operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive service management, with a track
