Qualifications:
Minimum Education: Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Surgical Technology or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience working in the surgical technology field.
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential preferred.
Prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
